TO MAKE a difference in the world, one must start at home.

With over 20 years of construction expertise, holdings company Legacy Construction Corporation ventured into providing affordable, well-designed, and accessible property to every Filipino through one of its subsidiaries, LS Prammani.

"We believe that every Filipino has to have the opportunity to start their own family in the confines of a decent and safe home," said Alex Abelido, president of Legacy Construction Corporation. "Sharing our expertise in construction to provide Filipino families with decent yet affordable housing is one of the best testaments to the company's vision."

LS Prammani started developing housing projects to provide Filipinos with decent homes for their families. A joint venture with former E.B. Magalona Vice Mayor Robert Acaling, Lumbia Legacy Homes provides affordable options to residents of Negros Occidental, offering a total of 166 units for both its socialized and economic housing.

In addition, LS Prammani also has another subdivision, Bayawan City Heights, in Bayawan, Negros Oriental. A joint venture with the Teves Family, the subdivision can house over 250 saleable lots.

Going beyond homes, LS Prammani is also currently developing its first memorial park in Sagay, Negros Occidental. With the goal of providing a way to pay tribute to their loved ones without leaving town, Heavenly Hills is a joint venture with the family of the late Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon who envisioned his property to serve the residents of Sagay. The park is set to open to the public by the second half of 2021 and accommodate over 6,000 lots.

"Legacy Construction Corporation aims to help communities we operate in to grow and thrive alongside us, and we recognize that one way to approach this is to start with the family. With LS Prammani, we believe we can create a good impact and a good environment for every Filipino family," Abelido said. (PR)
