THE Provincial Government of Negros Occidental in collaboration with the Association of Negros Producers (ANP) led the opening of the 30th Bulawan and 1st Pilak Awards Competition and Trade Fair dubbed as "Amuma" held at the Ayala Malls Capitol Central in Bacolod City recently.
Negros Occidental Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz represented Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson in leading the opening rites with ANP President Arlene Infante and Ayala Malls Capitol Central Sharon Ciocon.
The opening of the trade fair and exhibit will run from July 24 to 30, 2023.
The event is a kick-off activity in preparation for the 37th Negros Trade Fair in Makati City on September 26, 2023.
This endeavor has been successful every time it is held annually as it provides opportunities for the farmers and entrepreneurs and local artists to showcase their products and creations that were patronized by Negrenses here and in Makati.
Last year, multi-millions were generated at the Makati Trade Fair and this year, the organizer aims to sustain its growth and attain their targets further.
