THREE persons were arrested in separate buy-bust operations in Negros Occidental Sunday, May 27.
In Bago City, Raffy Soledad, 40, drug surrenderer, and seventh top drug personality in the city; and Jeger Casipong, 24, newly-identified drug personality were collared in a drug bust at Barangay Calumangan.
Recovered from the suspects were three sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) weighing 0.230 grams amounting to P1,500.
In Sipalay City, Jeric Lazarito was arrested after he sold a shabu to a police agent for P300 in a transaction held on Alvarez Street, Barangay 3. He is a newly-identified drug suspect.
In San Carlos City, Jover Alcorizah, 23, evaded arrest during a drug raid at Purok Hope, Barangay 5.
Police recovered from his house a sachet of suspected shabu worth P360, drug paraphernalia, and suspected marijuana weighing 57.9 grams worth P1,042. (Debbie Benedicto, STI West Negros University intern)
