A CIVIL security personnel of Moises Padilla in Negros Occidental was shot to death by unidentified armed men at Barangay Quintin Remo Sunday afternoon, October 28.
Killed was Rusty Caminade of the said village.
In a text message from Senior Superintendent Rodolfo Castil Jr., director of Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (Nocppo), said the victim was riding his motorcycle when he was allegedly waylaid and shot at by about six armed men.
The victim, who succumbed to multiple shots, was hit on his head and body.
Caminade was rushed to a hospital, where he was declared dead.
