A DEAD male infant was found floating in a river in Purok Paghidait, Barangay Baviera, Sagay City on March 4.
Police investigation showed the infant who was already in a state of decomposition was found by some residents floating on the riverbank.
The body of the infant was buried at the Barangay Baviera Public Cemetery.
Meanwhile, a man was found dead inside a pedicab at the public terminal in Barangay Palampas, San Carlos City on March 4.
The victim was identified as Cristituto Salinada, 32, a pedicab driver and a resident of Barangay 5, San Carlos City.
Initial investigation revealed there was no sign of foul play in the body of the victim.
The cadaver of the victim was brought to Saint Vincent Funeral Home for post mortem examination. Results revealed that the cause of death is due to a cardiac arrest.
