HINOBA-AN Mayor Ernesto Estrao has named Sangguniang Bayan Member Daph Anthony Reliquias as his bet for mayor in the coming 2022 elections.
Estrao said Reliquias will bring the banner of Partido Asenso Hinoba-an in the town and that several of his supporters were also asking him to run for vice mayor in tandem with Reliquias in the coming national and local elections.
"We have agreed on this during the previous election that SB Reliquias will be our bet," Estrao said.
He clarified that he also considers some of their party members who may also decide to run for vice mayor. He is willing to discuss it with them to maintain unity in the party.
Estrao is now on his last term as mayor of Hinoba-an.
