A MOTORCYCLE rider died in a road accident at Barangay Bagumbayan in Valladolid, Negros Occidental Sunday, August 5.
Police identified the fatality as Agustin Emmanuel, 58, of Barangay Alijis in Bacolod City.
Police records showed that the alleged speeding motorcycle was on his way to Bacolod City when it reportedly overtook a Sedan driven by Joel Ciriacoo and collided with a pick-up truck driven by Jeffrey Flores.
The victim hit the windshield of the pick-up truck and sustained severe injuries.
