THE Leonardo Panaligan Command of the New People's Army (NPA) claimed the shooting incident in Barangay Bulad, Isabela town, that resulted in the death of three persons, including a retired soldier and policeman.
The NPA claimed that the retired soldier and policeman were their only targets.
The NPA also admitted the shooting incident against Dave Valente, a Barangay Peace Keeping Action Team in Barangay Odiong, Moises Padilla, on March 30. (Teresa D. Ellera)
