THE sixth most wanted person in San Enrique, Negros Occidental was served with an arrest warrant for frustrated homicide at the Metro Bacolod District Jail (MBDJ)-male dormitory in Barangay Handumanan, Bacolod City Monday, July 30.
Police identified the suspect as Rhugie Bello, 43, of Barangay 27.
The arrest warrant was issued by Bago City Regional Trial Court Branch 62 Judge Frances Guanzon.
The court had set a bail of P24,000 for his provisional liberty.
Bello was previously arrested by Police Station 4 for drug charges on July 15. (Debbie Benedicto, STI West Negros University intern)
