The employees of San Carlos City Peoples Park Management, Park and Plaza, and City Waterworks Department underwent a random drug testing on Monday, Nov. 6, at the City Auditorium. The activity facilitated by the San Carlos City Anti Drug Abuse Council (SCCADAC) tested at least 100 employees.
