WITH the quarterfinals set next week, Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias/Silver Dragon Construction is looking to seal their number two standing in the ongoing 2018 Negros Basketball Association President's Cup.
Silver Dragon, with a 6-1 record, will face Supreme ABF/Silvergraces Construction (4-2) tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. at Bacolod Tay Tung High School gym.
Silvergraces Construction will try to bounce back from an 88-91 heartbreaking loss to ESJ/YBAC Fyr Fyter while CSAV is bent on escaping the quarterfinal and getting a twice-to-beat advantage in the semifinals.
Also in tomorrow's games are La Consolacion College/Davies Paint-J Squared Construction challenging Melfern at 2 p.m. and Dawn Rent A Car looking forward to notch its first win in the league against ESJ/YBAC Fyr Fyter.
Scheduled to take the Tay Tung mahogany court today are YBAC versus University of St. La Salle/Freeze Sportswear at 3:30 p.m. and LCC/Davies Paint/J Squared Construction looking to break its losing streak and try giving league leader University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos/Red House Taiwan Shabu Shabu its first defeat.
The top 2 teams at the end of the elimination round will enjoy the twice-to-beat advantage in the semi-finals.
Meanwhile, teams which finished 3 to 6 will play in the knockout quarterfinals with the winners advancing to the semifinals.
