JOHN Michael Zulueta (7 wins with 3 KOs) weighed in at 104 lbs. yesterday and is ready to face Cebu City's Cris Ganoza (15-1 with 8 KOs) tonight for the Asian Boxing Federation minimumweight title at the Gaisano City Mall in Bacolod City.
The undefeated Zulueta of Calatrava, Negros Occidental last won in February against Bonjun Loperez via technical knockout while Ganoza won over Donny Mabao by unanimous decision in the same period.
Fighting also in an 8-round undercard bout at 140 lbs. is Bago City's Joeper Montano against Sojie Nikart of Manila. Murcia's Ernesto Alera from Nietes Stable will also tangle with Marlou "Ironman" Sandoval of Bayawan City in a six-round clash at 108 lbs. (HGD)
