TRICK OR TREAT

Over 40 kindergarten children aged 3 to 5 years old of the Step Ahead Pre-school Zone (SAPZ) together with their teachers and parents toured several offices in the San Carlos City Hall to conduct a Trick-or-Treat activity, Oct. 25. The kids in scary and fun costums visited the City Mayor's Office, Accounting, City Budget Office and City Engineering Department where they got biscuits and chocolates.
