TEAM Lakay's Jon Chris Corton is hoping to propel himself into bigger mixed martial arts promotion once he secures another victory.
Corton is set to battle Jesstoni Lim of Engage Fight Camp of Bulacan in the main event of Team Lakay Championship 15: Kapangan Invasion 3 set Saturday, May 5, at the Kapangan Municipal stadium.
The 26–year–old hopes to improve his 6–3 win loss record against Lim's four win, four 4 loss slate.
In the co-main event, Jhanlo Mark Sangiao, son of mixed martial arts (MMA) legend coach Mark, will debut as an MMA fighter hoping to follow the footstep of his father.
The 15–year–old Sangiao will take on 11 years his senior and another debuting fighter Danilo Dangalan of Muay Thai Max Fusion of Quezon City in a three-round MMA affair.

Mikael Kristian Corpuz of Lakay San Fernando La Union debuts against another new comer in Dexter De Vera Estropia of Bataan Fitness while Aldwin Nicdao of Lakay Central Gym's Aldiwn Nicdao challenges Benjie Tabaranza of Engaged Fight Camp Bulacan.
Iran's Morteza Minbashi will be the lone foreigner seeing action in the fight card as he squares off against Mark Valerio of Engaged Fight Camp Bulacan while Jared Almazan of Lakay Training Center and Godwin Langabayan from Buguias, Benguet representing the Philippine Air Force will see action against each other in the curtain raiser.
