ILIGAN City's Ultimate Green Archer (UGA) took the solo lead on Sunday's elimination of the Cagayan de Oro Ultimate Players Association (COUPA) sunset session volume 2 at Jesper Beach resort in Barangay Bonbon.

The Green Archers remain unscathed after eight games with closest rival Ateneo Blue Ultimate (ABU), 9-6 as its latest victim.

Among UGA's preys were Brad, Yakult, Mansanitas, Gecko, Flash, Team Groot and Fake Taxi.

Already assured of the number one spot in the quarterfinals with two more games left, the Archers also defeated Brad, Yakult, Mansanitas, Gecko, Flash, Team Groot and Fake Taxi in the elimination round.

UGA is composed of Jigze Rafisura, Reyz Fausto, Dale Badelles, Christi Ioannes Hinagay, Tan Ermac, Alsosef Revello, Xerxes Quijano, Kurt Insigne, Erwin Nadorra, Jok Pacana, Stacey Amora, Elka Corporal and Wami de Leon.

Cagayan de Oro's strongest entry, ABU occupies second place with 6-2 win-loss card.

The Ateneo Blue's two losses were handed by Brad at 8-7 then pacesetter UGA.

ABU expects to make the quarterfinals alongside Brad and Mansanitas at joint third and fourth places with similar 6-3 record.

The other team from Iligan, Gecko checks in at fifth (5-2) and can still make improvement in the ongoing elimination round matches of the COUPA sunset session, a beach Frisbee tourney now thriving in the Northern part of Mindanao.
