A GRADUATE of a Cebu-based university topped the August 2026 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
Junry Vitor Vistal of the University of Cebu ranked first with a rating of 92.20%.
The PRC said 1,362 of the 3,686 examinees passed the examination.
Here is the list of the 10 examinees who garnered the highest ratings in the exam.
