TWO unidentified men believed to be salvage victims were found dead on Thursday morning, August 2, in Barangay Gaas, Balamban, Cebu.
The victims bore gunshot wounds in the head.
Gaas Barangay Captain William Genel said the victims are not residents in the village.
A resident heard the victims begging the killers not to shoot them past 4 a.m. The victims and killers arrived in the place on board the same black car.
"Niana pa 'ayaw istoryahan lang nato ni,'" the resident said.
