

LAPU-LAPU City is the first to conduct a Covid-19 vaccination simulation in Central Visayas. Led by Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Junard "Ahong" Chan, the simulation was held in Barangay Pajo Gym on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

A standby ambulance is available in the area.
• Phase 2: Drivers of public transportation and market vendors will be able to acquire the vaccine.
• Phase 3: Persons with Disabilities and indigents will be given the vaccine.
• Phase 4: Members of the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology will be given the vaccine.
The vaccine will be administered to individuals aged 18 to 59.
He assured the Oponganon that the Sinovac vaccine is safe as it was already given an emergency use authorization by the Food and Drug Administration.
