A 30-YEAR-OLD man was arrested past 7 p.m. Friday, June 15, for unauthorized selling of petroleum products in Sitio Colo, Barangay Cahumayan, Danao City, Cebu.
The suspect, identified as Lemeul Capul Batoon, yielded 22 liters of gasoline placed in one liter softdrink bottles, two containers full of gasoline and two improvised funnels.
The confiscated petroleum products have an estimated value of P3,400.
Batoon will be facing a complaint for violating Presidential Decree 1865, which prohibits the sale of unregulated petroleum products. (KAL/VoxPop Cebu)
