I AM truly happy to read your opinion. Please allow me to disclose about me, firstly. I'm a native of Cebu City, born, raised and educated here in our neighborhood of Sambag 1. I've lived and worked in Manila from graduation back from University of San Carlos in 1958 and until 1978, and lived and worked in San Francisco until 2001 and retired in Makati and Cebu Cities from 2003 to today. I plan to live in Cebu from hereon.

I am hoping that this new effort on the part of our government from the national level down to the barangays gain traction among our citizens. I am one of those who will get involved on this subject because my opinion is that part of those who are taking advantage of the situation are homeowners who are using or blocking the public from using road and property easements for their own benefit. I see this happening in the cities I've lived and visited.
