STO. Niño devotees from Cebu and beyond gathered on Saturday morning, Jan. 18, 2025, to witness a significant cultural and religious event as the seaborne procession passed through the waters of Lapu-Lapu, Mandaue, and Cebu City.

By reenacting Ferdinand Magellan’s arrival in Cebu, where he presented the image of the Holy Child to Reyna Juana, wife of Rajah Humabon, devotees and spectators connect with their heritage and ignited their Christian faith.
