A WOMAN, along with an 18-year-old and three men are facing charges for violating Republic Act 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, following their arrest during a buy-bust operation on December 9, 2024, at around 10 PM in Km. 11, Dacudao Village, Barangay Cabantian, Davao City.
The Davao City Police Office (DCPO) reported that the operation targeted a 40-year-old man, alias "Loko," who was allegedly set to sell shabu to an undercover officer.
The operation took place at a house in Dacudao Village, where the suspect was caught receiving money for the suspected drugs. Officers then discovered two other men, a woman, and an 18-year-old allegedly involved in a pot session.
Authorities seized drug paraphernalia and sachets of suspected shabu valued at approximately P36,000.
The arrested individuals underwent a summary inquest procedure. JPC
