THE Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) opened a multimedia exhibit during its anniversary celebration on 03 July 2025 to highlight its efforts over the past 32 years toward a high quality of life for Filipinos.

The exhibit, which the public can view at the newly-opened BSP Hub along Roxas Boulevard in Manila, shows how the BSP’s pursuit of its mandates touches the lives of different Filipinos.  With the title, “Welcome to Barangay BSP: A Community for Everyone,” it showcases BSP initiatives that have made an impact in Filipino communities.

The exhibit blends digital installations and colorful displays in line with the anniversary theme, “BSP@32: Harnessing Digital Innovation for a Sustainable and Inclusive Future.” The theme reflects the central bank’s forward-looking efforts to utilize digital innovations in driving financial inclusion and growth.

BSP Governor Eli M. Remolona, Jr. led the opening ceremony and was joined by Monetary Board Members Benjamin E. Diokno, Romeo L. Bernardo, Rosalia V. De Leon, Walter C. Wassmer, and Jose L. Querubin; and Deputy Governors Chuchi G. Fonacier, Mamerto E. Tangonan, Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, Elmore O. Capule, and Zeno Ronald R. Abenoja.  Also in attendance were former BSP Governors Jaime C. Laya, Jose L. Cuisia, Jr., and Amando M. Tetangco, Jr.

The multimedia exhibit is open to the public from 03 July until the second week of September 2025. PR
