A DAVAO Doctors College (DDC) graduate, Jayrouz Yap Mangindra, placed fourth in the December 2024 Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination (RTLE) with a score of 92.20 percent.
DDC celebrated Mangindra’s achievement and announced that 107 of its graduates passed the examination.
In a Facebook post on December 18, 2024, the college expressed pride in their students’ success, stating, “We are incredibly proud of all our graduates. Your journey wasn't easy, but you persevered. Your success is a testament to your commitment and the quality of education at Davao Doctors College.”
Nathaniel Dominic Miguel Adriano of Saint Louis University claimed the top spot in the RTLE with a score of 93 percent. Kathleen Eeve S. Duhaylungsod of Liceo De Cagayan University and Istephanny Joice I. Jipay of the University of Eastern Philippines-Catarman tied for second place, each scoring 92.60 percent.
Amira Joy I. Dela Cruz from the College of Our Lady of Mercy of Pulilan Foundation secured third place with 92.40 percent, while Mangindra ranked fourth.
Other top scorers included Adrian T. Garcia of Colegio de Sta. Catalina de Alejandria and Tara Chenisse P. Lao of Southwestern University, tied for fifth place with scores of 92 percent.
Carisse B. Benmaho of Saint Louis University, Lianne John Andrei D. David of Holy Angel University, Stephanie Kate L. Dizon of LPU-St. Cabrini School of Health Sciences, Queensyl Joy N. Lapno of Riverside College, and Dianne T. Martinez of Dr. Carlos S. Lanting College-Q.C. all secured sixth place with scores of 91.80 percent.
Seventh place, with scores of 91.60 percent, went to Marjorie E. Balontong of Riverside College, Aliah Marie M. Mercado of Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, Inc., and Djenatzi A. Most of Cebu Doctors University.
Llyod Petersan B. Sales of Arellano University-Manila, Gian Rowee Clave Samsom of the University of La Salette-Santiago, Alexandra Pauline L. Sumangil of Cebu Doctors University, and Nicole Kate L. Sy of the University of Eastern Philippines-Catarman shared eighth place with 91.40 percent.
Ninth place, with 91.20 percent, was a three-way tie among Ashley Jae T. Banzuela of the Angeles University Foundation, Jamaica Sher D. Celestino, and Bob Jemiel L. Pines of Dr. Carlos S. Lanting College-Q.C.
Finally, the 10th place went to Dana Athena A. Augusto of Cebu Doctors University, Debbie Marie E. Garceniego of Riverside College, Faith Alexis L. Karim of Dr. P. Ocampo Colleges, Maroa Aira Gabrielle R. Mendoza of De La Salle Medical & Health Sciences Institute, Iahesa Meachaela G. Nirza of the University of Eastern Philippines-Catarman, and Joyce Ann C. Villanueva of Perpetual Help College of Manila, all scoring 91 percent.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) reported that 2,450 out of 4,257 examinees passed the December RTLE. The examination was conducted in multiple locations nationwide, including the National Capital Region, Cebu, Davao, and other key cities.
San Pedro College of Davao also made the list of top-performing schools, ranking seventh among institutions with at least an 80 percent passing rate. The college's School of Allied Health Sciences-Radiologic Technology achieved an 85.19 percent overall performance rate.
Leading the list of top-performing schools was Saint Louis University, followed by Chinese General Hospital Colleges, the University of La Salette-Santiago, Southern Luzon State University-Lucban, and Saint Paul University-Tuguegarao. Rounding out the rankings were the University of Eastern Philippines-Catarman, Cebu Doctors University, and Butuan Doctors College.
