Davao chamber's job fair draws new graduates

TWENTY-THREE were hired on the spot out of the 1,200 Dabawenyos who checked out and applied for available jobs at the jobs fair launched by Davao Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCCI) in partnership with Department of Labor and Employment Region XI at Davao City Recreation Center on Wednesday July 25, 2018.

The job fair is part of DCCCI's 50th anniversary. Over 3,000 jobs were available.

Sixty companies from various sectors including BPO, construction companies, wholesale and retail industries, tourism, manufacturing offered jobs. Another 1,000 overseas job vacancies were also offered for hotel service workers, nurses, sales representatives, skilled workers, and engineers.
