THE Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) and the Philippine News Agency (PNA) have teamed up with Mindanow Network News (MNN), launching a daily multimedia broadcast to showcase the vibrant stories of Mindanao. The partnership aims to offer untold, rediscovered, and hidden stories of the island that have long been overlooked by the global community.

At the Habi at Kape media forum on April 2, 2025, Carlo Magno, president of Mindanow Network, said the network’s mission is to amplify the voices of Mindanaoans. "Mindanao is more than an island—it's a heartbeat, a story, and a future waiting to be told," Magno said. "We are here to amplify the voices, talents, and dreams of Mindanaoans, bringing their truth to every screen, everywhere. This is a promise we've kept, and we're just getting started."

Available across multiple platforms, Mindanow Network now reaches both local and international audiences, including free TV broadcasts in Las Vegas and China, with further expansion discussions underway with Cignal TV and Solar Entertainment.

The network's launch is backed by key strategic partnerships and milestones, including Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with several free TV stations nationwide, which strengthen its broadcast infrastructure. Additionally, the network is awaiting final approval from the Department of Tourism-Davao Region (DOT-Davao) to further boost Mindanao's tourism potential.

The network has also formed collaborations with a diverse range of content creators, companies, and local businesses, both national and international, showcasing Mindanao’s development and entrepreneurial spirit.

Headquartered in Davao City, Magno emphasized the network’s commitment to 24/7 programming that highlights Mindanao’s people, culture, destinations, and thriving business landscape, fulfilling its promise to connect with the island’s renowned "Land of Promise." DEF
