For 2025, the Fund targets ₱154.71 billion in total savings, with ₱16.59 billion expected from Mindanao, contributing 11% to the national goal.

Short-term loans are another key area of growth. Pag-Ibig plans to assist 3.62 million borrowers in 2025, with 15 percent coming from Mindanao.

The total short-term loan portfolio is projected to hit ₱95.32 billion, with ₱10.48 billion from the region.

Boosting homeownership

The Fund also seeks to expand its housing loan program, aiming to finance 111,648 housing units in 2025 with a total loan takeout value of ₱156.86 billion. These efforts align with the government’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program (4PH) to improve access to affordable housing nationwide.

Sustained growth, Stability

Pag-Ibig expects a 10 percent increase in total assets, reaching ₱1.18 trillion in 2025, up from ₱1.06 trillion in 2024—demonstrating its financial strength and stability.

In 2024, the Fund approved ₱20.17 billion in housing loans under the 4PH program, financing 17,791 housing units. It also achieved a high-performing loan ratio of 93.72 percent and recorded a net income of ₱67.52 billion, reinforcing its position as a key player in the housing and savings sectors.

With a solid track record and ambitious goals, Pag-IBIG Fund remains committed to supporting Filipino families in building financial security and homeownership nationwide.
