CELSO Garcia clinched the Datba Monthly Finals title after pulling off an 187-139 win over Art Gamolo in the step-the-ladder finals held Sunday evening at the SM Lanang Premier Bowling Center.
Garcia rolled a total of 1,185 pins in the six-game elimination eliminations to grab the top spot and the twice-to-beat advantage.
Gamolo, who placed second in the eliminations with 1,131 pinfalls, outclassed Dario Beloy, 194-166. The latter edged Kert Palces, 201-198.
Garcia, meanwhile, went home with P7,000 while Gamolo, Beloy and Palces received P4,000, P2,000 and P1,000, respectively.
Palces earlier toppled 1,128 pins while Beloy garnered 1,113.
