SIX seasoned football teams from different regions of Mindanao will vie for honors when the 7's Football League Davao slated to open on November 4 at the Azuela Cove Sports Hub in Lanang, Davao City.
This was bared by Sparcorp football director Buboy Arrieta in a Facebook interview with VoxPop Davao Tuesday, October 30.
Solido FC-powered JT's Manukan, Rizal Memorial Colleges (RMC)-Crocs FC combined, Davao United, Dolores Performance FC of Nabunturan, Sultan FC of Cotabato City and Irrigator FC of Tagum City are the teams that will compete in the 7-A-Side format bootfest sanctioned by the Davao South-Regional Football Association.
Arrieta, however, said they already launched the event last Sunday, October 28, at the Azuela Cove Sports Hub together with the awarding of Sparcorp's just-concluded Oktoberfest football tournament.
He shared that the team with the most number of wins after five games will be declared champion.
Games will be played every Sunday until December 2. (ABM)
