TWO persons survived after a two-seater plane crashed Monday morning, March 4, in Talavera,, Nueva Ecija.
Based on initial report of the Talavera police, the Cessna plane, with two passengers, crashed into a farm in Barangay Homestead in Talavera around 7 a.m. due to an engine failure.
