CAGAYAN de Oro’s biggest youth football club Higala FC once again dominated the 1st Crusaders Football Festival Cup held over the weekend at the Westridge Sports Park in Carmen village, Cagayan de Oro City.
The Higala FC boys and girls captured three titles in the two-day 7-Aside football festival.
They won the Girls Under-13 (U13), Boys U16, and Women’s Open titles.
Abba’s Orchard won two titles in the mixed U8 and U10 divisions. The Palaro-bound Northern Mindanao team captured the crown in the Boys U13 division, while VAV FC won the Boys U19 category.
The Cabadbaran Ladies brought home the bacon in Girls U17 division.
This, as the Sabado Gang and Roxas Hazard FC ruled the Men’s Above 35 and the Men’s Open rivalries, respectively.
