Making presence felt in Deca Homes Gensan

SINCE its ground breaking last August 2015, Deca Homes Gensan 1 of 8990 Housing Development Corporation has started making its presence felt in mass housing development in General Santos.

Michael Lang, branch manager of 8990 HDC General Santos, said recent promotional activities boosted their sales.

From July 30 to September 24 this year, the newest 8990 Mindanao branch sold a total of 200 house and lot units including row houses and single-attached units. The project has a total of 2,778 of row and single-attached units in a total land area of 188,217 square meters.

Lang said a row house regular, pegged at P474,000, has a lot area of 35 square meters (sq.m.) with floor area of 23.4 sq.m. The row house features a roof deck type, no partition wall, kitchen sink, one toilet and bathroom with floor tiles, exterior paints and skim coat interior without tiles.

A P994,000 single attached regular unit has a lot area of 90 sq.m. with 35.1 sq.m. floor area while a P1.584 million corner single attached unit has a lot area of 188 sq.m. and 35.1 sq.m. floor area.

“Amenities include perimeter fence around the subdivision with guard house, basketball court, boxing gym, multipurpose hall, three areas for playground and parks, concrete roads inside the subdivision with street lights and a marketing lounge to attend inquiries of prospective home buyers,” he said.

The subdivision also has six guards, three each from the developer and contractor, to secure the area day and night. Shuttle service is also free for homeowners with updated accounts.
