A 10-YEAR-OLD Badjao child was hit by a stray bullet at 1 p.m. Thursday, September 7, in Barangay Alaska Mambaling, Cebu City.
An unidentified person attempted to shoot a certain Glen Lumanog while he was on a trisikad, however, Jasper, a Badjao who was playing beside the road, was hit on the shoulder instead.
The unknown gunman was onboard a motorcycle.
Lumanog is in critical condition while Jasper was out of danger.
Lumanog was recently out on bail after he served jailtime due to drug charges. (JOB)
