DUE to budget constraints, the contingents of the Barangay Mayor's Office from Lahug and Cogon Pardo will not be performing at the Sinulog Grand Parade on Sunday, January 21.
Councilor Dave Tumulak, who also sits as Sinulog executive committee chairperson, said that because of the development, there will only be 30 contingents performing.
Aside from this, the Sinulog Foundation Inc. has also moved the 7 a.m. mass at the Cebu City Sports Center to 8 a.m., due to security reasons. (Rona Joyce T. Fernandez/VoxPop Cebu)
