TWO brothers were arrested on Sunday morning, February 18, in a village in Borbon, northern Cebu, for allegedly raping their younger sister.
The tracker team implemented the warrant of arrest issued by Toledo City Regional Trial Court Branch 29 Judge Ruben Altubar against suspects Manuel, 18, and Pierro, 15.
The suspects raped their sister Liz, who was about six years old, thrice last year.

Manuel and Pierro are facing three counts of rape.
The mother, a widow, signed the complaint-affidavit against her sons last year.
