THE police arrested two people, including the number one most wanted person in Zamboanga Sibugay, in separate law enforcement operations, an official said Monday, March 6.
Zamboanga Sibugay Police Director Romulo Cleve Taboso identified them as Reneboy Pepito Jr. and Vicente Delos Santos, 57.
Taboso said Pepito was arrested in a law enforcement operation through the service of warrant of arrest around 7:30 a.m. Sunday in Barangay Talamban, Cebu City.
He said Pepito has standing warrants of arrest for four counts of rape with no recommended bail and is listed as the number one most wanted person in Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Delos Santos, meanwhile, was arrested around 4 a.m. Monday in the village of La Paz, Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay. He has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of murder with no recommended bail, Taboso said.
