THE Davao City Sports Development Division (SDD) of the City Mayor's Office (CMO) has organized three sports events for the upcoming Pasko Fiesta 2016 in the city.
The SDD officer-in-charge Michael Denton Aportadera said the office has prepared sports event for the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender), community, senior citizens, and media practitioners.
"We will conduct Rainbow Games, Senior Citizen Sportsfest, and Media League Sportsfest wherein everybody shall participate. This is good for everybody to have fun and gain more friends," Aportadera said.
He said among the games that will be played by participants are basketball, volleyball, bowling, badminton and billiards.
He added SDD-CMO also prepared parlor games.
A separate sportsfest for executives is also being prepared.
Most of these events will be held at Palos Verdes near Crocodile Park in Maa Diversion Road.
