SYMBOLIZING the first regular sport played in the ancient Olympics, athletics competition will also lead all other events as it unfolds Saturday, September 3, at the Panaad Stadium signaling that the Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports, Cultural and Educational Association (Nopsscea) Season 36 is on.
Nopsscea’s formal opening rites will be held on September 16 at the STI West Negros University.
Hundreds of student-athletes from 61 member-schools are expected to compete for the most-medaled event.
