TWO police commissioned officers and two non-commissioned officers of Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) were commended for manifesting high degree of professionalism and excellent performance.
Recognized during the ceremony held at BCPO headquarters on Monday were Superintendent Richie Yatar, head of Bacolod City Mobile Force Company; Chief Inspector Ritchie Gohee, head of Police Station 4; and Senior Police Officers 1 Alexander Bata-anon Jr. and Raymond Bandojo, both of Police Station 4.
The commendation given to Yatar was for the conduct of manhunt operation that resulted to the arrest of 33-year-old robbery suspect Glenn Fidel of Purok Pilit, Barangay 6.
Fidel was arrested in a buy-bust on San Juan-Rizal Streets, Barangay 12, eight days before police served him the warrant on January 15.
Gohee and Bata-anon were commended for the successful conduct of buy-bust operation last January 6 against Charmie Grace Palandras, 23, at Purok Star Apple 2, Barangay 27.
Bandojo was commended for the manhunt operation that led to the arrest of Lucky Rose Fernandez for robbery.
