FOUR Cebuano graduates made it to the top 10 of the November 2016 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination.
Three graduates from the University of San Carlos were included in the top ten, namely, Samuel Eliezer Yu Uy ranked second with 92.75 percent, Selina Dianne King Bernardo at third place with 92.65 percent, and Franz Josef Jucom Ceniza at 10th place garnering 91.45 percent passing rate.
On the ninth place is Jeremias Yang Marquez Jr. of Cebu Institute of Technology-University with 91.50 percent.

The results were announced by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, November 16.
The PRC also announced that 5,036 out of 10,972 passed the exam, held on November 12 and 13 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.
The University of San Carlos has a total of 109 examinees, whom 77 passed and 36 failed. (Pia Noreen Bilar/Sunnex)
