THE 18th Davao City Councilors proposed a total of 760 resolutions and 159 ordinances from July to December 2017.
This is based on the semi-annual report gathered by the City Council Secretariat.
Davao City Councilor Edgar P. Ibuyan Jr. proposed the highest number of resolutions with 245 followed by Councilor Pilar Braga with 120 and Councilor Bernard Al-ag with 82 resolutions.
Councilor Danilo Dayanghirang came fourth with 55 resolutions while Councilor Nilo Abellera Jr. was fifth with 38.
Al-ag also topped the highest number of proposed ordinances with 36 while Braga placed second with 26 and Councilor April Marie Dayap third with 23 ordinances.
Davao City Councilor Conrado Baluran was fourth highest with 17 proposed ordinances as Councilor Victorio Advincula Jr had nine ordinances.
The semi-annual report bared that out 760 resolutions and 159 ordinances proposed, only 609 resolutions were passed and 133 ordinances are enacted.
Out of the 133 ordinances passed, 51 are with committee reports while the remaining 82 are presented under suspended rules.
Meanwhile, out of the 609 resolutions passed, 194 are resolutions with committee reports while 411 were presented under suspended rules and two are colloraly resolution and two are privileged motions.
Based on classification of ordinances, 96 are under general administration, 29 for social and eight are for miscellaneous classification.
As to the classification of the resolutions, 365 of the resolutions are classified under general administration, 37 are social and 207 miscellaneous.
