ANTONES Lines and Bacolod City Water District will open the 1st Bing Uy Soyao Memorial Cup of Basketball Unified Sports Group on August 7, 7 p.m., at the JGC gym at Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod.
J’ Trend Controls (formerly Cap Boys) and Judge Marketing follows at 8:30 p.m. after the opening ceremony with Ms. Betty Soyao, Dr. Shearwin Soyao, and Ronron Soyao as special guests.
To honor the late BUS Group founder Rogelio “Bing” Soyao, his number 15 jersey will be retired by Rene Antones of Antones Lines, Sammy Penado of Baciwa, Melvin Baclay of J’ Trend Controls, and Edgar Basco of Judge Marketing.
A single round robin elimination, crossover semifinal, and a knockout final format is set to end September 11.
