APAYAO’S fourth most wanted person was nabbed by joint police operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants in his residence in Conner town.
Police identified the wanted person as Faustino Ferrer Gagarin, 42, widower, farmer, and a resident of Ganggat, Calafug, and was arrested by virtue of separate warrants of arrest issued by Judge Francisco Donato of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 23 in Luna, Apayao for incest rape and attempted rape with no bail and a recommended bail of P150,000 for his temporary liberty, respectively.
A 19-year-old service crew of a fastfood chain was arrested by authorities for alleged child abuse at Slaughterhouse Compound in Baguio City.
The individual was identified as Bernadette Junio Buccat, 19, single, a service crew and a resident of Block 9, NHA, Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet.
