This is Ibiza Beach Club, Manny O’s vision of Lifestyle Dining plus Unrivalled Entertainment. It’s the most hip and happening dining and entertainment in Cebu and now he’s taking the Balearic-inspired signature energy and vibe to Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Manila’s hottest business and lifestyle district, as its first franchise.
Before 2016 ends, the Ibiza BGC is set to open its new 4,000-sqm, 1,000-seater flagship restaurant at its’ new address - the 6th level of the new 29-storey W City Centre along 7th Avenue. Bonifacio High Street is right next-door and the club is within walking distance from the high-end Central Plaza Mall, the new Shangri-La at the Fort and the residential towers.

The interior
Sophisticated and stylized with water features surrounding plush seats, enticing lounges, exceptional Centre Stage and a First Class dining section, state-of-the-art sound system.
The cuisine
The indulgent signature 15-course grill, which includes Filet Mignon, Angus Rib-Eye Steak, Baby Back Ribs, Ostrich Meat, New Zealand Lamb, buttery Rock Lobsters or Salmon, Tiger Prawns, Cuttlefish, Chicken, Crispy Pork Belly and Beef Short Ribs, to name a few. (Introductory price of P2,500+; add P600+ for an unlimited serving of award-winning Manny O. Wines; an A La Carte and Tapas Menu featuring house-prepared charcuterie, premium steaks and the Manny O. Signature Wagyu Burger, to name a few; and Power Lunches.
Pair the cuisine with Manny O’s collection of wines and signature cocktails, such as the Ibiza Sour.
And the dessert? Mövenpick ice cream from Switzerland tops the dessert list.
The entertainment
Ibiza BGC will have its dose of the brand’s beat that commanded Mactan’s night scene.
A nightly themed show entertainment showcasing performances by the Ibiza Beach Club Show Team, which is composed of budding Filipino artists, featuring a 45-minute visual treat with live singing and dancing to retro pop, disco and Latin music, as well as Broadway and movie musical sequences alongside daring exhibitions.
A showband, featured artist or DJ follows on stage. Everyone can chill out to the music as they dine, dance or drink throughout the night until closing time.
