FAMILIES of the victims of the September 2 Roxas Night market bombing started to subscribe their affidavits of complaint before the City Prosecutor's Office to file charges against the suspect of the bombing incident.
A Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) officer,
in an interview, said they are starting to compile the affidavits of complaint by families of the victims to immediately file charges once the identity of the bomber will be confirmed.
The same officer assisted the family members to have their affidavits of complaint be sworn before the prosecutors.
The family members and victims of the blast which had killed 15 people and wounded 70 others started subscribing their cases since Friday last week.
Police Regional Office-Davao director Manuel Gaerlan earlier said that they will file appropriate charges against the suspect.
Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Bato De la Rosa on Monday also confirmed that the national police already knew the mastermind of the bombing attack in Davao City.
Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) on Davao bombing commander PS Superintendent Val De Leon revealed at Tagum Biz Talk at Big 8 Tuesday morning that the SITG consulted the public prosecutors and the NBI how to go about the case which SITG sets to file Thursday.
