LAOAG CITY -- Employees of the municipal government of Marcos, Ilocos Norte were barred from entering their respective offices early Friday, July 14, due to a reported bomb threat, police said.
Police Superintendent Amador Quiocho of the Ilocos Norte Police Public Safety Company refused to disclose the source of the bomb threat.
Employees, before they could time in on Friday, were not allowed to enter town's premises after the Explosive Ordnance Division of the Philippine National Police took over the municipal building to validate the report.
