CEBU Provincial Police Office (CPPO) relieved the desk officer of Borbon Police Station after his live-in partner was caught for her alleged involvement in illegal gambling.
Police Officer 1 Dominador Banzon was relieved Tuesday, May 2, according to CPPO Police Community Relations Chief Jaime Quiocho.
Jenny Suson, Banzon's live-in partner, was caught Saturday night, April 29, by operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Branch for her alleged involvement in illegal numbers game, masiao. Seized from her were tally sheets with different number combinations, stubs and bet money.
Banzon was transferred to Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit pending investigation. (VoxPop Cebu)
