Brew Project PH: Targeting the young Koronadaleños

Published on

SINCE last year, a lot of coffee and tea shops had started to emerge in Koronadal City, with the food and ambiance quality that can be put side by side with the coffee shops in bigger cities such as Davao City.

Koronadal City also homes a number of millennials, who are not only into the quality of the food and beverages served to them but also into whether or not the interiors and the preparation of the food are Instagram-worthy. Because of these kinds of customers, the coffee shop business had suddenly taken over Koronadal, with the proprietors making sure their food and beverages choices are up to date and sophisticated.

The Brew Project PH is one of these newly-opened coffee shops in the city’s poblacion. Serving food that is not as common as in other coffee shops found in the city, The Brew Project PH had immediately attracted a number of young costumers to visit their place.

Located at Judge Alba St., St. Gabriel, Koronadal City, The Brew Project PH is close to some of the subdivisions making it easier for most Koronadaleños to access.

As it is not a typical coffee shop compared to the others before it, they offer main dishes such as Pork Sinigang, Bagnet Pinakbet, Buffalo Wings, Glazed Spicy Adobo Chicken, and Glazed Honey Garlic Chicken among others.

They also boast of their Chicken Fajita, Pizza Longganisa, Creamy Carbonara, and Cheesesticks.

For dessert, their Peach and Mango Cheesecake, Almond Tart, Banana Crunch Muffins, Tuna and Mushroom Quiche, and Gluten-free Chocolate Cake go well with their coffees.

The Brew Project PH boasts of their hot single-origin Philippine coffee which is brewed on the spot by their well-trained baristas among all the other variety of hot and iced coffees to choose from.

Most of the people coming in and out of the shop commend the ambiance of the place, the service of the crew, and the way the food was served to them making it a hit, not only to people from Koronadal, but also of neighboring cities and municipalities as well.

With the coffee shop opening just early this year and its active presence in social media, the name The Brew Project PH had been widely known locally.

They are open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and can be contacted through (082) 887-2454.
