MATINA Enclaves, the debut project of Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco), held its open house last July 14 at Unit 11, Genesis Arcade Bldg, Ecowest Drive in Quimpo Boulevard, Matina, Davao City.
The open house had a theme Alice in Wonderland attended by sellers and prospective clients.
The buyers who reserved their units enjoyed a variety of perks and freebies such as P15,000 reservation fee, P90,000 discount, free appliances, free certificate in The Royal Mandaya Hotel, and the chance to travel overseas for free.
Project director Gerald Garces, in an interview said, the building one of the mid-rise condominiums of Enclaves is set to have its ribbon-cutting ceremony this coming August 4.
For building twom Garces said the construction team is on the construction of the fifth and sixth floors. It is scheduled for a top-off ceremony in August too and is planned to be completed by the first quarter of 2018.
"The third building is on the process of building its foundation yet and the team is about to proceed to its full construction right after the piles are installed," he said.
For its new expansion, the Enclaves Tower, Garces said the construction of the Tower Three will start by the first quarter of next year. At present, it is still establishing the foundation and road pavement.
The Tower Three is targeted to be completed by 2019 as the corporation promised President Rodrigo Duterte to reserve him his own room inside the tower.
Out of 320 units available for Tower Three, only 40 units are left.
"We were surprised by how the Tower Three was fastly sold. Maybe because people find the location of the tower as nice and that it is no longer a medium-rise condominium," Garces said.
For the five mid-rise condominium, on the other hand, Garces said the corporation has already fully sold all the units.
Matina Enclaves is a 6-hectare residential community development close to Matina Golf Club and SM City Davao. It offers four residential areas: an open lot development through its pocket development called "The Plains," single-detached houses called "The Courtyard," a condominium living concept through its Medium-Rise Condominium Project called "The Enclaves Residences” and a high-rise condo-residential named as "Enclaves Tower."
