PERHAPS the most accessible comfort food there is comes in the form of rotisserie.
A vast number of this product can be found everywhere in the Philippines -- from small street kiosks, restaurants, and supermarkets, to city and rural commercial spots that mostly offer typical and easily prepared recipes that are very common to the Pinoy’s palate.
Whether cooked over traditional hot coal or in a modern rotisserie, we Filipinos, are always looking forward to this tasty and healthy treat as a go-to choice in dining outlets, an emergency potluck contribution, or simply as a no-frills take out dinner after a long day.
After all, who wouldn’t get enticed by everyone’s favorite fowl—oozing with just the right amount of smokiness and spice, without sacrificing the juicy meat we all love having.
With the increasing demand for this to-go and ready-to-eat food, Chicken All Ways (abbreviated as “CAW” and dubbed by its tagline “Different Tastes. Different Ways.”) is set to introduce novel ways to deliver a new and premium taste of chicken.
Featuring globally recognized zests, deliciously specialized, and highly rich in authentic international flavours made with varying well-known ingredients originating from North to South and East to West, CAW is now on its way to conquer the Filipino’s taste buds not only with gastronomic flavors but also big servings (double the size of other variants).
This month of December, the venture will debut its six full-of-life flavors sure to fit your palate and will have you saying “I’ve never had chicken this good!”
The food chain prides itself of its CAW Signature Chicken, premium tasting fried chicken that is juicy in the inside and crisp on the outside, as well as the Philippine Pinaupong Manok, a traditionally cooked chicken with natural flavor and perfect balance of lemongrass and other special spices.
For those craving for a different kind of flavor to this perfect-for-all-occasion specialty, the Singapore Style Black Pepper Chicken is a must-try. This classic chicken perfectly roasted in soy sauce and a trickle of pepper corns will surely tickle everyone’s taste buds.
Another exceptional international treat on CAW’s signature recipes is the Portuguese Piri-Piri Chicken, a fiery Portuguese chicken grilled to perfection with secret herbs and spices and a dash of citrus paired with our mild-zesty piri-piri sauce for a mouth watering pair of goodness.
Moreover, if your belly shouts for western flavors, Pollo Barbacoa, a smoky barbecue chicken with a perfectly sweet-smelling and juicy traditional char-grilled taste is the way to go. Or, you may also opt for
CAW’s flavor of the month: the American Chicken Ham, a sweet, tender and deliciously glazed American-inspired chicken ham.
CAW assures that new flavor/s will be introduced monthly to delight the customers’ taste and elevate their experiences.
Furthermore, in its bid to redefine the meaning of chicken take-out, CAW also prides itself of being the first in Pampanga to offer accessible, comfortable, and convenient store/branch locations with air-conditioned facilities and waiting area complemented by high-class fixtures and warm and talented crew—giving consumers hassle-free service as they savor the venture’s international rotisseries.
